Also, by doing a site visit you can get a feel for the company to see how they operate. Getting a solar system installed is a service not a product.   Unfortunately, the solar industry is riddled with these guys. They will install your system and promise the world. When you call to get some advice or fix an issue, they are no longer around. The main reason for this is so they don’t warranty your system. In majority of cases this is the cheap and nasty companies who cant afford to repair their dodgy work. Because its so cheap, they need to cut corners on the installation to make a profit. This is a recipe for disaster. If the installation is not compliant, your warranties on the products you have chosen are null and void. Regardless of what you were told. The best way to check this is to make sure the company has been registered for a few years with the governments ABN lookup . Also do a Fair Trading search on the company. When looking at reviews, always filter them out to view the lowest first. This will give you a clearer indication of what who dealing with.

The fact is the government rebate drops every January the 1^st and isn’t ending until 2030. The 2 free panels they are giving you, well I hate to break it to you but nothing in life is free.

  When it comes to solar, or anything in life anything in life, you get what you pay for. There are dozens of ads promoting 6.6kw systems for less than $4000. Is it possible?
